Some of their most popular dishes are dumplings and Leek box made of leeks, eggs and noodles; it is a very popular traditional snack in Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Northeast Provinces in Northern China. It is also a festival food in some regions!
